The success of the 4^th European Summer School on Electrochemical Engineering depends very much on the generosity

of corporate sponsors, and support from your Company would be much appreciated. Please look into the various opportunities

that exist in our Invitation to Industry to support the School, particularly individual events, including coffee breaks,

welcoming cocktail party, the social dinner, and more. Also, you can present your Company during the small accompanying Exhibition.

The exhibition will be organized in the foyers of the ECO-Center, the School venue.

 

Sponsorship & COMMERCIAL PRESENTATIONS

EXHIBITION

  

GENERAL SPONSOR

• The right to a 15 minute promotion during the operational part of the School, as agreed with the Organizer;
• The right to distribute the General Sponsor's information/advertising printed matters to all participants – a form part of the participation fee set;
• The right to three participations in the School free of charge;
• The right to a color advertisement on the internal cover (2) of the Lectures Book distributed to all participants;
• The right to an exhibiting space of 4 sq. m., free of charge;
• The right to install its banner to the site www.shd.org.rs/ESSEE4/  with the link to the site of the General Sponsor's company;
• The right to its advertising materials (in the printed form, a pen, lighter, notepad...) as a form part of the participation fee set;
• The right to its logo presentation on the mutual video panel in the Lecture hall.

THE GENERAL SPONSOR shall become the company which has paid the amount of EUR. 3,500.00.

 

GOLDEN SPONSOR

• The right to an exhibiting space of 4 sq. m.
• The right to one participation in the School, free of charge;
• The right to an b/w advertisement inside the Lectures Book distributed to all participants;
• The right to its advertising materials (in the printed form, a pen, lighter, notepad...) as a form part of the participation fee set;
• The right to its logo presentation on the mutual video panel in the Lecture hall.

THE SPONSOR shall become the company which has paid the amount of EUR. 1,500.00.

 

LECTURE BOOK (CD) SPONSOR

• The right to its own materials particularly pointed out within the Lecture Book, as agreed with the Organizer;
• The right to its advertising materials (in the printed form, a pen, lighter, notepad...) as a form part of the participation fee set;
• The right to its logo presentation on the mutual video panel in the Lecture hall.

LECTURE BOOK SPONSOR shall become the company which has paid the amount of EUR. 800.00.

 

 THE NAME TAG SPONSOR

• The name tag shall be carried by all Congress participants;
• The Sponsor's name shall be pointed out on the name tag by a special graphic design;
• The right to a b/w advertisement inside the Lectures Book distributed to all participants;
• The right to its advertising materials (in the printed form, a pen, lighter, notepad...) as a form part of the participation fee set;
• The right to its logo presentation on the mutual video panel in the Lecture hall.

THE NAME TAG SPONSOR shall become the company which has paid the amount of EUR. 400.00.

 

WELCOMING COCKTAIL PARTY SPONSOR

• The right to welcome the School participants for 3 minutes, immediately before the cocktail serving;
• The right of its logo and trade mark installing on a special panel within the cocktail party hall;
• The right of distributing its advertising materials during the cocktail party;
• The right to a b/w advertisement inside the Lectures Book distributed to all participants;
• The right to its advertising materials (in the printed form, a pen, lighter, notepad...) as a form part of the participation fee set;
• The right to its logo presentation on the mutual video panel in the Lecture hall.

THE WELCOMING COCKTAIL PARTY SPONSOR shall become the company which has paid the amount agreed with the Organizer.

 

DAYLY (COFFEE BREAK AND VIDEO PRESENTATION) SPONSOR

• The right to install its company name as the sponsor of one day coffee breaks;
• The right of distributing its advertising materials during one day coffee breaks;
• The right to its advertising materials (in the printed form, a pen, lighter, notepad...) as a form part of the participation fee set;
• The right to its logo presentation on the video panel in the Lecture hall.
• The video presentations shall be shown in the foyers during every coffee break in one day.

THE DAYLY SPONSOR shall become the company which has paid the amount of EUR. 300.00.

 

THE SOCIAL DINNER SPONSOR

• The right to install its company name as the sponsor of the Social Dinner (Company Name Dinner);
• The right to welcome the School participants for 5 minutes, immediately before the Dinner serving;
• The right of its logo and trade mark installing on a special panel within the Dinner hall;
• The right of distributing its advertising materials during the Dinner;
• The right to a b/w advertisement inside the Lectures Book distributed to all participants;
• The right to its advertising materials (in the printed form, a pen, lighter, notepad...) as a form part of the participation fee set;
• The right to its logo presentation on the video panel in the Lecture hall.

THE SOCIAL DINNER SPONSOR shall become the company which has paid the amount agreed with the Organizer.

Plenary Presentation

• The presentations shall be shown in the breaks of certain program fields, for 15 minutes;
• The contents and program shall be coordinated between the company – presentation holder and the Organizer.

THE RIGHT TO A PLENARY PRESENTATION shall be obtained by payment of the amount of EUR. 400.00.

 

Round Table Conference

• The topic and time shall be coordinated between the company – Round Table Conference Organizer and the Organizer.

THE RIGHT TO THE ROUND TABLE CONFERENCE shall be obtained by payment of the amount of EUR. 600.00.


Registration
The enclosed Application Form should be completed and sent to the Executive organizer by mail, fax or E-mail.
The application forms will be handled in order of arrival i.e. on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
 

 

EXHIBITION

Sponsorship & COMMERCIAL PRESENTATIONS

Venue
The ESSEE4 will take place at ECO-Center, Palić, Serbia and Montenegro.

Exhibition area
Due to limited space exhibition stands will be made available on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Refreshments and coffee will be served in the exhibition area. We expect the participants to visit the exhibiting hall during all coffee breaks and probably during lunch-time.

Mounting hours
Sunday, September 17 from 15.00 to 19.00
Monday, September 18 from 08.00
The exhibition opens on September 18 at 11.00

Dismounting hours
Friday, September 22 from 15.00
Please note that it is the responsibility of each exhibitor to put up and remove their own exhibition material at the stand.

The Exhibition will be open the whole working time of the School 

Damage at exhibition premises
The Organizing Committee and the Executive Organizer do not accept liability for personal/exhibit damages, for damage made to walls, floor, equipment or inventory of the exhibition premises, either during or as a result of the exhibition. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange the necessary insurance coverage.

Exhibition stand and cost
The exhibition space will be divided into modules of 4 m² at the cost of 400,00 EUR 
The fee includes

• Refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks (maximum 2 persons per booth),
• One person will have full participation in the School program, including Lecture book. Additional persons will have to register and pay for participation in the scientific program,
• All manufacturers participating in the exhibition will be acknowledged in the School publications and website with name,
• One stand and two chairs ,
• Electricity, one power socket, 230V,
• Internet connection.

 

Registration

Terms of payment & cancellations

• The total Exhibition stand fee is to be paid against invoice, sent from CONGREXPO Ltd.
• Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to CONGREXPO Ltd.
• Cancellations received up and until July 25th, 2006 are free of charge.
• Cancellations received after July 25th, 2006 is non-refundable.
