Poster presentation

The Organizing Committee of the 4^th ESSEE would like to encourage young researchers to share and exchange their scientific information as well as the results of their research and to facilitate communication between the research centres with similar scientific interest in the field of electrochemistry and electrochemical engineering. Having this in mind, participants of the 4^th ESSEE are invited to prepare posters presenting the results of their research activities and themselves as well. Contacts that will be established in this way with the colleagues from other research centres will open various possibilities for collaboration.

All participants of the 4^th ESSEE are invited to submit Abstracts of the Poster presentation, no later then the 1^st of July 2006 21^st of July 2006. Poster abstracts, will be published as a complement of the Book of Lectures.

Those participants wanting to take part in poster presentation should prepare abstracts according to the following instruction:

Size:	Up to two pages - A4 format (see template for details) 1^st page – description of the research activates and main results 2^nd page – a brief CV (containing basic biographic and bibliographic data)
Format:	MS Word (doc or rtf file) exclusively
Margins:	Left and right – 3.6 cm, top and bottom – 4.8 cm
Fonts:	Title – 12 pt Arial, Bold, Alignment: Left Author(s) - 11 pt Arial, Not Bold, Alignment: Left Affiliation -  11 pt Arial, Not Bold, Italic, Alignment: Left Text of the Abstract - 10 pt Arial, Not Bold, Alignment: Justified
File name:	Last Name_ First two words of the Title.doc
FORMS
Abstract:	up to authors
CV:	CV should contain following data: Name, Affiliation, Corresponding Address, Education, Professional Experience, Fields of Interests and up to 10 most important references, including Projects. Please use the template for writing the Abstract and CV.
Submissions:	By E-mail only. Please submit your Abstract as an attachment to: ESSEE4@tmf.bg.ac.yu, stating ESSEE4 Poster Abstract as the message subject.

If you are interested in presenting a Poster, please check the appropriate boxes in the Registration Form, indicating clearly the Title and the File name in the appropriate fields! If you are not interested in presenting a Poster, please submit brief CV only.

Instruction for Poster preparation

Please plan your poster so as to fit an area of 90´100 cm. Posters may be attached to the Lecture Room walls using single or double sided adhesive tapes. Appropriate adhesive material will be available in the Lecture Room.
